Hi

61 plate fiesta titanium. Engine management light intermittent but no loss of power. Help please as two garages cannot diagnose problem with one asking £700 for new turbo.

    what are the fault codes.  It is cheap to get your own good quality reader eg. from Tunnelrat electronics (under twenty quid) and forscan software (free for windows , about 6 quid for the app for apple/android).  All ford owners should have one.

    They haven’t told me the fault codes. Where can I get a reader and I guess it plugs into the multi plug under dash or is it under bonnet on this model?

    recommended many times on this forum. 

    there are loads of sellers of these kind of code readers and you can get what appears to be the same thing cheaper but a lot of them are rubbish. At least if you buy from tunnelrat, based on recommendations on this forum you can be sure it is a good one not a  rubbish one. I have one and bought from them due to recommendations on this forum. 

    On my 2015 fiesta the socket is under a cover near my right knee when I am sitting in drivers seat.  Don't know if 2011 the same
