2009 1.4 petrol fiesta low oil pressure warning

Hello all, 

im after some advice, my appologies if this has been asked before, he search function just returned issues on tpms issues.

 

my wifes 2009 ford fiesta 1.4 petrol has a low oil pressure warning showing at idle, with a few low revs the warning will go out until it drops back to idle and then returns.

The cars at around 60k miles and last had a service in may.

i have had a search on the web but cant see anyone else having the same issue, im thinking oil pump, but before i start stripping im hoping somebody might have had something similar, as im not looking forward to stripping it on my driveway this time of year!
