New Owner

Just acquired 1.4 TDCi 2006 Fiesta. Mileage at 120,000 so changed timing belt and aux belt. Brake fluids look clean. 

For the age its not bad the brake fluid clean so been looked after and plenty of stamps in the service book. 

I got the car for my eldest next year when she is 17, as its cheap to run /insure etc.

Before we get there want to clear some niggles;

Glow plug light doesn't come on, showing an error on ForScan with the circuit. I tested the relay seemed ok but dont know what the little prong is for? I imagine 4 new glow plugs are needed, hopefully this will address cold start and smoke!

The front heated windscreen doesnt want to play, the light comes on but no warmth in the screen on both sides. The 30A fuses are ok the relay clicks and continuity is fine on the relay when tested. The screen is the Ford one as it has the tiny elements,  any clues?

The gear shift is stiff but I read how to fix that.

Anything else i should think of checking/servicing.
