wipers front and rear not working

as above wipers front and rear not working. just a click sounds like a relay coming from passenger fuse box.

any ideas were working fine yesterday.

Edit: with the engine running and the door open the interior light dims with the click of the relay

    where is the relay for the wipers have tested all the fuses with a multimeter and all seems good but can't see a relay for them in the owner's manual
