Fiesta MK8 Active X wind deflectors fitting problems

Hi
After advice I read on the forum I bought the Heko wind deflectors rather than the genuine Fords.  They fit great the problem is when I try and lock the doors either the windows wont shut, the mirrors wont fold or it sets off the alarm.  Its not the fuses or the electrics as when they are taken out everything works fine.  Any suggestions as to what I can do to fix the issue.
