Fiesta ecoboost coolant cap

Hi all

Was about to top up the coolant this morning and when I unscrewed the cap only the cap came off. The black part of the cap which sits in the expansion tank stayed in the tank. 

Anyone had any similar issues  and if so, how did you get it out!
