Both do not follow the steering, does that help ?

Yes, but the link you showed is for those whose steering wheels is on the right (O/S). it ends with DG not ASC.

Also, I dont think this doesn’t follow the steering wheel, its completely different from my left headlight.

the inside of my left headlight looks like this

From Manila Philippines sir.

I managed to buy on Ebay a left bixenon headlight with just a basic Hi/Low beam. No motor inside that control the projector.

But the right side is too complicated. Can’t find a way how to make the Hi beam work. It has a motherboard and possibly, it controls the behavior of the projector

Both are working except for the Hi Beam of the Right hence looking for this part number F1EB-13D154-ASC.

See picture below and you’ll notice the difference.9AA1BAD8-00D5-48CE-8677-9057D17D3BD7.thumb.jpeg.ca0168737deec6d9cf8c85fe36c17956.jpeg

⬆️ This is the Left headlight

⬆️ This is the right headlight. (Adaptive as they say)

@Johnnyboy67hi Johnny, may I ask if you finally managed to find the headlamp replacement and if the last 2 alphabets impact?

Hi Keith

yeah it sucks big time! I managed to get it done, I found a fords garage who have an eBay page and managed to get the part brand new for £550 and it’s covered with a 12 month warranty at any fords dealership so I took it to my local fords and they fitted it for £90 so instead of paying £1060 fords originally quoted me, I got it for £640. Not happy but happier paying nearly half price! I now know going forward not to buy a car with adaptive headlights! It’s a pointless expensive add on in my opinion but lesson learnt!! I hope you managed to sort your issue!

Hi Lozzie,

What is your  original parts number? F1EB-13D155-BC? And what is the parts number of the one you replaced? What where is the garage you got this issue fixed?

Did you get any answer to the issue of teh letters at teh end? I have a BM51-13D155-BG in my car which needs replacing; have found BM51-13D155-BE but don't know whether BE matters or not?
