Installing Rear Parking Sensors

Hi,

I was hoping someone could help shed a bit of light on this as I'm getting myself into a mess doing research online! I'm hoping to get some rear parking sensors installed on my 2015 Ford Fiesta 1.0L EcoBoost. I'm hoping to get them installed by the Ford dealership in my town, but they said that while they'll be able to install them for £199, the sensors will not work on my display (I have the full colour display with the SONY stereo).

Is it possible to retro fit parking sensors on the car while having the display showing where the objects are?

Thanks anyone in advance, I'm hoping this is a simple answer but I fear it's going to be complicated!
