Mk6 passenger electric mirror?

Hi guys. I’m after a replacement mirror for one of the in-laws. I’m guessing it’s fairly straight forward to swap and the the electrics are plug and play. Am I being naive? I’m just going to get one off eBay as I can’t find one at a local breakers. Are all the electric wing mirrors power fold?  Cheers guys

    not all of the mirrors are powerfold. I am not sure what models had powerfold. for example on 2007 zetec, powerfold was an optional extra and not standard (although a lot of them had it as ford did a promotion with free technology pack for a while and that included powerfold). So some of the mirrors are electric adjustment and heated but not powerfold. It might be that some don't even have heating in if they are from lower then zetec spec.

    I would imagine the plug is the same on each, just with some pins not used but I don't know that for a fact.
