Mk7 tweaked front bumper problem

Hi my fiesta titanium mk 7 front bumper was hit at very low speed (5 mph) on a crash barrier. 

 

Its moved the bumper about 1 inch to the right side.  And bent corner of bonnet and broke top of headlight cluster .

Bonnet release doesnt do anything but still theres resistance. 

How can I pop this bonnet , I need to do some maintenance  .

 

I was trying to shove the bumper over to realign  but wont budge ( didnt put lots of force I to it)
