Loosing water

Evening guys

I have a 2010 Mk7 fiesta 1.4 auto

Over the last couple of weeks the water has been draining, I have to keep topping it up, I have been trying to find out why this is happening but not been able to get my head around it

After driving it the water in the header tank is bubbling with steam when loosing the cap slightly

Due to the weather being bad it's hard to see if this is leaking but I will be checking this tomorrow

I have thought it could be the head gasket but not 100% sure

Any ideas
