3rd brake light staying on in drive

The 3rd brake light on my 2014 fiesta st stays on in drive when my lights are switched on, I've put in a new brake light switch but I've still got the same problem can anybody help on this please

    Are the tail light bulbs dual filament with the brake lights using same bulb, are you sure both bulbs are in sockets properly and not bridging the two terminals in bottom of socket so that the tail light power is crossed into the brake light circuit.
