Hi all, newbie to the site but not to forums.

I have done a quick search but couldn't see what i was looking for so hope you can help.

I have just taken delivery of my new titanium Focus. Fully loaded except they forgot to put the bluetooth option in!! As yet I am waiting for them to get back to me with how they plan to resolve this. Obviously I would like it fitted as it would have been form the factory so it works through the phone button on my sat nav. Does anyone know if they can retrofit bluetooth as one of the salesman thought it might mean stripping the dash completely!
