Hey guys my car 2003 focus 1.6 cut out then ran fine for 15 mins idiling before cutting out again then started again for around 5 mins doing the same thing.. then failing to start

my mates computer told us error p0232 fuel pump secondary circuit high, swapped the fuel pump and the filter, can hear the pump prime when I turn the key but still no ignition? 
 

anyone have any experience with this and know what could cause me to still not be getting fuel through? Thanks
