Fiesta red edition front fog light smashed - help

Featured Replies

So basically driving along and I Hit into a lump of metal on the motorway and smash my front fog light on the left side.
I’ve taken the headlight off as I know roughly how to change a fog light, but I can’t get my hand down to the fog light to remove the whole unit as the windscreen wiper reservoir is in the way, there isn’t any gap to fit my hand down.

am I missing something or do I need to take the reservoir out to do this?

ive seen people go in via the wheel arch, take the mud flaps off and do it that way, just wondering if it’s feesible for someone who isn’t very good at this to do

video showing is linked

thanks!

You can try and use the L-shaped torx key and then finger where the screw is and work the torx key over there.  I normally do that.

Probably just as simple to remove the front bumper completely
