Hi all I have a problem with my focus 13 plate, the alarm goes of in the sun ive narrowed it down to the passage door sensor coz when I put the key in the ignition it says passiger door open and the doors won't lock, just wondering if any one else has had this problem

    I had the same problem with the passenger door on my MK 2.5 and I was lucky because I  managed to stop it by repeatedly spraying the area around the door lock with Penetrating oil as per this YouTube video. I kept all the locks lubricated on a regular basis after that and never had anymore trouble.
