Hi folks

We have a transit bus in Bowland Pennine Mountain Rescue team and its started showing some strong odds and sods with the dash electrics.  

If anyone has any ideas or has seen this before We'd be grateful for any help !  Two links to a couple of videos that one of the bods in the team has taken of the issue.  First one is really strange !
