The car went dead a few weeks back due to not driving during the lockdown, we jumped it twice and got it going and then the next time we tried it was stone dead, battery is new and headlights come on but there is no crank or any response when the key is turned.

Anyway had some mechanic we know look at it and he's told me the 15A fuse has blown and that I need a new ECU kit, Key Body Control Module and ABS pump. If I source these from ebay do they all need to be from the same car? As I've found the parts individually but wanted to wait before potentially wasting money. Is there anything else I should try first?

Just try replacing the 15a fusd again. Also check all the fuses including the ones behind the glove box. Take a picture of the fuse box before you start removing fuses. Fuses should prevent the modules getting damaged.
