Hi there, im new here.

I have recently purchased a Fiesta ST-Line brand new from ford and I have a blackvue dash cam that plugs into the OBD port to operate when the car is off in parking mode so that the dash cam is always on. This worked without any problems in my previous car however ive plugged it in on the fiesta and the dash cam didn't even turn on when the car was on. Does anyone know if there is a issue with the obd ports on the fiestas being used as a power source or if there may be a fault with my obd port. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
