Mountune MR165 Fuel Consumption

Hello from Greece!

I own a MK7.5 Fiesta 1.0 EcoBoost ST-line and recently (about 2 weeks) I managed to complete the MR165 kit, with all the required hardware and the re-map with mountune's (cobb) handset.

I have to say that the power that the MR165 gives to the 1.0 is phenomenal. So much torque, even with 5th gear in.

However, I have some worries. The first one is that the stop-start system does not working anymore, and mountune's answer is that they disable it with the re-map because it is not giving fuel economy when running the MR165. Suddenly, today (after about 100 miles running the MR165) the start-stop worked! So, how can I explain this? It seems that mountune support does not know everything about the MR165 configuration or they answer as to their interest?!

And the second thing, I would like to discuss with the rest of the MR165 owners, is the fuel consumption. (In Greece we measure the consumption in liters per km, however I can make a convert if needed). I think that my car is drinking soooo fast the 100 octane unleaded I am really worrying about it!! To give you an example, my average consumption before MR165 was 6.7 and now is 8.6 !!!! My driving style hasn't changed, and when my test rides with the MR165 ended I went and reset the counter. Another example is that when I was filling up the tank up to full, the indicator started to moving after 80KM (50 miles) distance. Today I filled up the tank up to full, made 15KM (9 miles) distance and started moving down!!!

Can you please advice, and share with me your fuel consumption with the MR165 please?

Mountune customer service seems not willing to help, giving me sort of "robotic' answers.
