Power mirrors not folding when i lock the car.

Featured Replies

So i have a 2014 titanium x the power mirrors work when i use the button but they dint fold when i lock the car using the key. It is a keyless car so i just have buttons.

Ive tried moving them in and out to reset them. The option in the menu is set to on.

If i use the button next to the door handle holding it down for a couple of seconds they fold in and then when i unlock the car and push the power button just the passenger one moves back out and the drivers side mirror stays in.

Any help would be great.

Thanks.

Have you set the in dash computer to power fold in the driver convenience section. If a mirror has been replaced sometimes despite the setting being left alone they do odd things, especially if the replacement is a pattern part.

I have changed that setting in the vehicle settings/powerfold mirrors set to fold on lock.
