Sync 2 to sync 3 problem

Hi, I have a Ford Focus 2015 1.5 TDCI with Sync 2 and default ACM from factory.I upgrade Sync 2 to Sync 3 and default ACM to CV4T. I changed APIM configuration from other car
who have same options like my car.
Problems:
1)Time don't save.-->Problem solved with BlueBird GPS Antenna.
2)2 errors on APIM:U2101:00-0B and B119F:13-0B(still have with gps antenna mounted)

    I might be completely wrong but doesnt there need to be cross module compatibility, i mean, same settings set in multiple places?

    i just have this feeling that it requires the BCM or something to also be configured with the correct settings.
