Aircon Issue - Only cold when revving! Headache!

Hi all, had my Aircon recharged by ATS (Never again) went back after two weeks and they tried again. They took 306g out (admitting they may of underfilled) and put back in 520g. It's now only blowing cold when I rev the engine. The Aircon pipes get warm on idle and go ice gold when revving. Have they over filled it? Chap says autodata says 520g. I'm at a loss, can anyone advise. No leaks reported and looked at under UV.

2011 1.4 petrol 16mm adapter (so im told).
