I have a 2011 Ford Fiesta SE in Canada, and the instrument cluster acts up when it's hot out:

I had the same issue with a 2008 Fiesta back when I lived in the UK but I can't for the life of me remember what I did to fix it.

Any ideas what causes this? I don't lose any power or have any issues with the car when it happens. It also happens when idling.
