I have replaced the EGR valve for the 2nd time in 6 years. Also code reader said Air Mass Sensor fault so replaced it. Car now runs well and no warning lights on, but, when I turn the engine off the EGR valve clicks for about 10 to 15 seconds. Is this normal or what is making this happen.

    Yes that's normal, it self tests at the end of each drive.

    +1 same on my 1.6TDCi self calibration
