Blower wont cool forward

Hello ventilation wont cool forward apart from that , works.

What i have to remove in order to get to ties from the flap of the blower?? I had removed center console but it wont do much for me.

All i can see is the tie and small motor near driver pedal. Flap  opens when i switch to windows or legs and shutdown when i switch to direction straight to people.

 

Is it necessary to take apart whole front dash??
