Hi , i have just a 2011 fiesta and i would like to know how i would know if my fiesta has the foldable wing mirrors already fitted. I have the wing mirror door switch only for adjusting the mirror glass but if i bought a wing mirror door switch that has the foldable mirror icon would this work or is there another way checking what type of mirrors are fitted.

Any help will be very much appreciated.

    Lock the car with the remote and if they don't fold there's your answer. I think that if they were folding it could be a fuse issue but other things that are possibly on the same circuit would not work either. Someone with a greater knowledge than I on this might be able to better help you.

    If you don't have the switch, you won't have the motor fitted in the mirrors to allow them to fold in. Well, unless they've been hit off and accidentally replaced with auto folding ones (very unlikely as they're more expensive).
