Hi, new here. I drive a 2016 Fiesta ZS Ecoboost.
I've got a couple questions. Hopefully they can all be answered honestly without childish behaviour.

1. USB port; Starts and stops charging when phone is in. I've tried two different cables and two different phones it does it no matter what. What could be the issue?

2. Gearbox; If I change from 1>2 + 2>3 I have no issues. But when I change from 3>2 it won't go in. The only way I've managed to get it to go into second is by attempting to go into first gear first but then go to second. So essentially a fake shift into first but I then to go second. I am aware this probably isn't helping issue. I have also tried double clutching but I am not used to this and when I did try it, it did not work.

3. Windows; Sometimes when putting up both windows at the same time one window will go up ¾ of the way then start coming down as the other window will then stop. So I put the second window up and the first window goes down or via versa.

4. Has anyone tried the ripspeed competition pack pedals from Halfords? I don't think the USB port is designed for charging, but more for playing media through.
