Acceleration slow P2138 error

This has happened twice on my 62 plate fiesta now at random times. 

 

My cars not being used alot atm went to use it monday and I had engine malfunction message pop up, gave it a little run and everytime I changed gear there was very little acceleration for a few seconds then all ok. 

 

Got home turned it off/on again error dissappeared and car was back to normal. 

 

Obd2 showing the code as P2138 is it worth changing the sensor or just leaving it?
