Accelator Pedal Not working

My ford fiesta accelerator pedal suddenly not working ,showing an Wrench exclamation on the Instrument cluster.

Mechanic did the diagonistic it shows an error P0380. So replaced the dynamo cutouter.But still iam facing the issue. Can anyone help on this please.

Try unplugging the throttle position sensor connector near the throttle body and spray contact cleaner or wd40 onto both parts of the connector. A dirty contact can cause this type of problem. The connector can get dirty because it is near the engine. Do not spray wd40 into the throttle body itself. And do not try cleaning the pins with a cotton bud as they may bend. The connector is under the inlet manifold and on the throttle body sensor.

Did you notice the car juddering before the pedal stopped working. This would be a sign of a bad connector failing. The error code is a different problem and might be caused by the pedal not doing its job.
