Bluetooth connection problems, Fiesta 2019

Featured Replies

Hi,

I just bought a 2019 Fiesta cool & connect and I have some troubles connecting my phone to Sync. I can pair it but impossible to connect it for longer than 1sec. I managed to connect my phone to the Sync of a Focus, and other phones can connect to the Sync of the Fiesta, but not mine (Xiaomi mi A2).

Some solutions for older versions of Fiesta were to unplug and replug the fuse for the Sync system, however there is no fuse associated to Sync or to the bluetooth connection in the owner's manual for this version. There is the fuse 23 associated to the audio unit but doing the trick with this fuse doesn't work.

Do you guys have any ideas? Thanks

you can try the hard restart method , press and hold the unit power button and the seek forward button simultaneously until the screen switches off, then release the button and wait for the unit to restart, then check again to see if the problem is solved.
