Mk7 Zetec Bluetooth & Aux not working

Hey everyone, so I’ve had my 09 plate zetec fiesta for about 2 weeks now but all of a sudden the Bluetooth and Aux aren’t working, nothing happens when I press aux on the radio and when I press Phone the radio just mutes, the phone light to the left of the screen has also turned off, does anyone have any experience of this happening to them as I’m absolutely baffled.

    I'm following this as I've just bought a '10 plate fiesta zetec, and i can't get bluetooth, aux or usb to work, and coming up empty with google searching. Hopefully someone will have an idea.
