Im currently starting a project on my 2010 Zetec S. I have it in white which i love but idk why but it has a blue interior, i was wondering if these blue areas could be dyed if so what would i use? I can only describe the dash as like a weird sponge like material. I want to go from blue interior to black if possible any ideas would be ace!

You could also go on Ebay and try and get some ST seats, they *should* be a straight fit if you get them from the right year car.

Any idea how i would go about doing it? I live in a flat and dont have alot of space. I do have a balcony would you say remove the dash as best i can spray and then place back in? Or will it work if i tape of everything else and just spray in place??

The dash is really hard to remove in any car, so much needs to be unbolted, all the elctrics need to be unplugged, that would be a nightmare job to do for a trained auto electrician / mechanic, even an experienced home mechanic would baulk at doing something like that.

Your best bet would as you suggest would be to tape up / mask up practically everything and spray it all with the doors wide open. 

Does yours look like this? Do you want to change the top colour and the colour of the harder lower plastics? The top could be difficult to change due to the material. The harder plastics should be easier, and most of the lower plastic trim can be removed and sprayed off the car. It'll be difficult getting to the front of the top part of the dash, the part that is closest to the windscreen. I don't envy you in your task!

Have a search on you tube, you never know there may be some videos showing how to take the dash apart, that would make your task a whole lot easier.

Yeah it does and yes the top was what i wanted to change. 

I've seen entire grey two door interior sets on Ebay, prices ranging from £250 to £1000, these sets include the full dash/steering wheel/centre console/front seats/rear seats.

Changing the dash could be a little daunting for many, me included!
