2008 fiesta engine misfires and goes into limp mode

I have a 2008 fiesta. When I’m driving the engine misfires sometimes so it goes a bit jolty, this usually happens when going uphill so it needs more power. Recently, it keeps going into limp mode. It seems to be worse when it’s wet outside but not always so it’s hard to find a pattern in the behaviour. I’ve had 2 mechanics look at it now, no error codes are coming up and the fuel pressure is perfect. Also there were no air leaks. So now I am stuck! Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do next?
