hi all, recently noticed a knocking coming from the nsr corner, sounds like it's coming from the boot as if i've got a bottle rolling around somewhere in the wheel arch

is this a common issue or have i discovered something new?

i've had a look visually and there's nothing loose that i can reach but it's getting annoying now, it's almost like the parcel shelf is wiggling around as it's not a metal knock more of a plastic sound but the only thing i can think of is the arch liner but that's all good too

any pointers would be much appreciated as i don't think it's a shock or a bush

Not something like rear droplinks is it? 

Or the exhaust come away from the rear hanger, a common problem easily fixed.

Just go to the back catch hold of the exhaust pipe and give it a wiggle. Is it loose and banging around?

hopefully it's something simple like the exhaust as i've stripped everything out of the boot and it's still there, gives me a chance to fit the blis stuff though over the weekend at least :)

When I first got my focus I could hear a rattle. After investergating it turns out one of my back seat locking mechanisms has an annoying rattle. Try putting your back seats down and see if it disappears
