Ok vie set myself the challenge of vinyl wrapping my car in matt black vinyl! What you think?

http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=376442

That's what it looks like on a BMW!

Would love to see how it looked! I'd never have the patience

Ill be doing it myself so would cost me around £70 in materials!

I can hold my own with applying stickers to should be ok!

I might get shot for saying this but I don't think the mk7 will be able to pull off the matte black look to be honest.

Going to take a lot of effort, a lot of patience, and a lot of guts and whilst I’m not sure it’s worth it - it will certainly be different and I for one look forward to seeing the photos B)

Matt black isnt a thing for me its just dull, only a couple of cars i have seen (lotus exige the best) that can pull it off

Tbh bit of a waste of money on a fiesta i think :/

I am a vinyl wrapper, and i know for a fact that for a quality bit of material it is well over the best part of £500 as thats what i pay. So £70??? mate i would not trust this stuff at all! What make is it?

Exactly.

JDM Graphix have been doing graphics and wrapping for quite a while now.

If there was quality stuff on the market at £70 i think everyone's cars would be wrapped lol

You the owner of them? Where abouts are you based mate...

Nah its a friend of mine that owns them.

He is based here in Holsworthy, Devon.

He does a lot of the drift car livery, clothing, general signage etc

Here's a couple pics of some of the stuff he has done.

look god jobs but dont like any the cars! poor skylines :( hope they wasn't gtr's or i will die!!!

Yea a couple were GT-R's

GT'R's are nothing special really, just a 4wd of the GTS-T

The blue one was a R-32 with a Bee-R R324 kit fitted before it was imported. Was running well over 700hp

Definitely do it, the fiesta has the right lines and curves to do it. just make sure you do a good job as i am looking to pay just over £1000 pounds to do mine

£1000!

JDM Graphix could do it cheaper if your willing to travel to Devon.

Give them an e-mail on [email protected]

Tell them Steve sent you

!Removed!

I like matte orange better

i paid 400-450 for my car to be wrapped and thats only the top? and with carbon vinyl so im guessing you would be looking around 1000 for the whole car, as carbon and matt black is around the same price for quality stuff

As for the whole car i think the fiesta could definatly pull it off if you did some white pin striping of some sort on it!
