Which is perfectly correct.

BUT, if you have the 1.0 Ecoboost engine you should change the oil at least every 12 moths regardless of the mileage, to help reduce the wet belts degrading.

    Took it in for oil change. They serviced it. Who am I to argue with dealership over service timings? I said I didn’t think it was due, they done it anyway. They gave me paperwork re the service but haven’t stamped the book. Whoever is in charge of motability servicing/repairs at Macklin Motors doesn’t know their ar*e from their elbow . This is just the latest of mistakes and discrepancies by the dealership throughout the lease. Ladies on the desk are alright, not sure who’s personally to blame but I’ll think twice before giving them my custom in the future. 
    have to contact motability now…. again

    MB don't seem to check service schedules.  From what I've seen, many garages take advantage of that...
