I'm having problems with my clutch, 137,000 KM 1.6 Diesel Focus 2014.

Hello, 

I have my focus a month now and a problem with my clutch occurs every now and then but is becoming more frequent. When releasing the clutch from a gear change and putting down the accelerator the clutch is getting stuck half way and not allowing me to put the accelerator down fully for a month bringing a brief spike to the revs to about 3,000-4,000. 

Is this a common problem and can it be fixed easily? Tried to find solutions online but not many out there. Cheers lads, new here and appreciate any help.

If you need me to explain it in another way let me know, not sure if its the right wording.
