Without he service book you can't prove that the car has been properly serviced when you come to sell it.

As long as you keep the invoices to prove the services it'll be ok

I just spoke to a Ford dealer and the guy on Parts counter said new set of manuals cost £60 and take about 3 weeks to come. He did say though that they don't really bother with stamping a book these days and just upload it to the Ford ETIS system. So I guess it would be a case of using Ford dealers for servicing or keeping the receipts/invoices. I won't have a record of the PDI but it obviously must have been done.

I have a new unused service pack (service book, handbook, wallet) which i bought as mine was missing, the dealer then found the origional 😞  £15 if you need it

Thanks for the offer but I’m going to leave it.

Final update: Cazoo are sending out a manual FOC. I should be fine with the printed service history they have given me and just keep the invoices for any services I get done. I might even see if I can a new service book free at the next service or cheap off eBay. Worse case scenario I can just hand the car back at the end of the PCP period.

Thank you all for your help. Has put my mind at rest.

I agree. I would never buy a car that had no service book.

These days NO SERVICE BOOK is not a problem if the car comes complete with all service invoices. I purchased car recently and it didn't have a service book but have got all invoices. I value an invoice more than stamp in the book mate, stamp means only that car was checked and oil and filter changed nothing else. But on the invoice you can see exactly what was done in the garage!!! So if you think about service book value, think again what i have said
