2013 Focus ecoboost air vent issues

I have 13 reg focus eco boost and it has an issue with the air vents, Sometimes it will not blow any hot air out despite the temperature dial being set to full heat and the vents open.  I've checked the coolant level and its fine, Also the air will only blow out towards the windscreen no matter where the air distribution control is set to it only ever blows out air to the windscreen.

 

Anybody have an idea what the issue maybe?
