Hi. 
I have ford fiesta from 2010 1.6 TDCI. Recently my 1 gear started to pop out while I am starting. I have no clue what is wrong. Can someone help me please?

    that looks like either the shifter cable not being adjusted right or the 1st gear synchro being worn out not allowing the sift fork to mesh the gear properly

    Did you ever fix this, what was the problem? I've the exact same model and I'm having the exact same issue. Sometimes it has stayed in first, but most of the time it pops right out.

    Did you find out what the problem was, got the exact same problem but unsure what it is

    Hi,

    Sorry I haven't replied. We changed the gearbox and it works like a charm now. What a process though.
