Yes, still standard as per the latest (January) price list. The way things are going with driver aids/safety features I agree that it's far more likely they have deleted the option to switch it off. 

I suspect that when the next Fiesta facelift/update appears (later this year, I believe) there'll be quite a few more things that you either won't be able to switch off at all, or that automatically default to "on" every time you start up, in the way stop/start does now.
