Over run pop and bang from the exhaust when you let off the throttle  but would need de cat and aftermarket exhaust, stage 1 recommended a aftermarket air filter but not a requirement.

stage 2 recommend filter, exhaust,  intercooler etc

    The overrun its ok when you delete the cat/ gpf ,otherwise  It Is unuseful.

    For stage 1 any modify Is required ,but if you get the complete intake and sport filter ( i have panel sport ramair)  Is better.

    My car changed very very well
