High Level brake light had failed, W16W.  To replace that, the light fitting has to come off, and first you remove the two rubber bungs, then "release the clips", that you cannot see (unless you have an endoscope) and have no idea what they look like.  Images may help, I used a standard size screwdriver to release the clips, the shiny metal bits.  The Zetec S spoiler does not help, as it gets in the way, so I disconnected washer hose and the connector, then changed the bulb.
