I just googled her and good lord she looks like a typical "Karen".

If you do get a reply, I'm sure it'll just be some generic or automated thing sent by the secretary. 

Let me guess, you've bought a car, not happy with it and now trying to vent your anger to the CEO?

Nope just trying to get a refund from a dealership that provided a service and missed damaged  part altogether

And usual fight to get it other than a credit note

 

I emailed Ford complaints dept regarding customer service dept 2 months ago heard diddly squat since.

Well they are on the ball today email back and a phone call half hour later apologies and organising a credit on file and a full refund

Can't knock them for speed and acknowledgement of the error and think dealership is heading for a telling off
