AC problem, water flowing noise?

Hello, 

It has been 2weeks since I bought this second hand 2009 fiesta. The weather has been quite warm so I have been using the AC and today I have noticed that there was a water flow noise from the globe box when I started the car up. 

And then I drove off with AC on, I could hear the wind sound from the AC getting really loud as I am hitting the gas the setting was on 1 but it sounded like it’s on 4 when it got loud.

The AC isn’t as cool as before so I am guessing it’s because the freon gas is low? It is still under warranty but could it be a compressor issue as the wind noise appears as I accelerate?
