Fiesta USB port: Are these the same part, but different part numbers: 8M5T19A164BB & 8M2T19A164BA?

Does anyone know if these parts are interchangeable:

  • 8M5T19A164BB
  • 8M2T19A164BA
  • This is the part for the usb port in the center console area. I need to replace my old one.
  • This is with dashes in the part number:
  • 8M5T-19A164-BB (I think this is the part number I have.)
  • 8M2T-19A164-BA (can I replace mine with this? i can only get this - it looks the same as mine.)

A cable connects this to the fiesta/nokia module with a propriety USB connection from what I read online. It looks like a regular USB port on the back of the module, but regular USB cables won't fit. Same with back of this part.

I thought I could gamble it looks the same. But does anybody know if they are interchangeable or not to save that? It's an old car so there doesn't seem to be much about this I can find. Thank you if you can help.

    Yes they are the same the BA to BB part number means it's a newer version 👍
