Mk6 Fiesta Air Con Issue

Hello folks, how are you all?

I recently took possession of an 03 MK6 Fiesta. When I first tried to use the Air Con the light came on but nothing else happened, no noise, no rev change and most importantly no cold air!

After a bit of googling I decided to have it regassed. Now when I try the Air Con I hear click/fan as if something’s working but again no cold air. This click/fan then seems to try and restart every 15-20 seconds resulting in a noticeable rev/power change but again no cold air. Its like its trying to start but not succeeding.

I’d be grateful of any advice offered.
