Full Accessory power active -2015 ford mondeo 2ltr diesel

Featured Replies

Hi all,

Is anyone able to help me out at all.

I have had my ford mondeo for 3 weeks and for some apparent reason it went into limp mode with a warning on the dash saying full accessory power active. What is this warning normally for, or mean? Any ideas...

Thanks

The only time I have seen that is when the Ignition has been on for a short time but the engine is not running and it is more information than warning.

You need to het the fault codes read to have any idea what caused the Limp mode.

As @Tizer has said you need to read the DTC's to find out what the problem is. That warning/information is normally only when the engine is not runnung.

Your battery voltage maybe very low and/or you have a charging fault. Get the DTC and it will help.

Thank you both. I will get it booked in and checked next week to see what the issue is. I had new injectors fitted a few days ago so hopefully is nothing to costly 🙈
