Sync screen not changing music title

Hi. 

My Fiesta mk8 from 2018 is starting not to chance the music title when I chance the music.

Sometimes it is able to chance 4 times, other times just once. 

It can Play the music it just shows the wrong title. Have any of you had the same problem and can it be fixed? I am using Spotify (whice had been working fine the last year) to via bluetooth and not Android auto since it is not supported here in Denmark.

    I have had a similar issue on mine, it's sync 1.1, my issue only started after I changed phone from one running android 10, to one running Android 11
